2024 Policy for After-Hours PRivate PArties at smallwood pool

Private parties at Smallwood Village Swim Club are for MEMBERS ONLY. Smallwood does not rent out the facility to non-members. Private parties are held in the evening, after closing, between 8:30pm and 11:30pm. All private party requests and contracts must be submitted to the Pool Manager for approval.
FEE SCHEDULE After-hours pool deposit is due at the time of booking (submission of completed contract and date approval from manager). Members pay via PayPal only. Remaining balance is due at 10 days prior to event.
